There is a place for you.
Discover events that create space for caregivers and others walking alongside people affected by displacement and trauma.
Whether we meet outdoors or online, each gathering is an opportunity to slow down, care for your wellbeing, and connect with people who understand the weight of this work.
Reset Walks
Sometimes the best place to begin is simply by moving.
Reset Walks are relaxed community walks with light stretching, fresh air,
and conversation at your comfort level. Come to connect with others,
make room for yourself, or simply enjoy a quiet walk in good company.
Wear something comfortable, bring your coffee or morning beverage,
and let’s move!
When: Every second and fourth Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
Where: Meet-up details will be posted on Instagram and shared with registered participants via text and/or email the day before each walk.
Mending Sessions
You do not have to process the weight of caring for others alone.
Mending Sessions are one-hour virtual gatherings that offer a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and connect with others. Together, we explore the emotional impact of caregiving, learn practical tools for staying grounded, and make room to process what we have been carrying.
When: Scheduled Mondays or Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. CT
Where: Online
Mending Together is committed to offering our services at no cost to participants but registration is required to receive the session link.
